Cranberry & Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients
◻︎ 2 cups dried cranberries
◻︎ 1 cup shredded coconut
◻︎ 2 tbs coconut flour
◻︎ 1 tbs coconut cream
◻︎ 1 tbs vanilla paste/essence
Directions
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a food
processor and blitz until you have a coarse and sticky mixture.
Step 2: Divide mixture into 9 and roll into balls.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
